On Saturday 15th November, following an inspired idea from Annie Morphy, we hosted about 100 of our volunteers - people who help out in all sorts of different ways across our four church communities.

People who clean our church buildings, arrange the flowers, act as welcomers, cut the grass, serve refreshments, wind the clocks, lead prayers, serve at communion, support our children’s work, take on our home visits, run our safeguarding, sit on our PCCs, organise our fundraisers...

WHAT A LOT OF PEOPLE TO THANK! AND WHAT A LOT TO BE THANKFUL FOR!!

The tables were groaning with home-made cakes, scones and cream, tea and prosecco; the Hall at Broadheath was buzzing!

It just goes to show that we all have different gifts to bring - the church is made up of ALL of us, offering what we can, and God's love weaves all our gifts together to make a fantastic picture!

Anyone, and everyone, can find a place. You might not think that what you have to offer makes much of a difference, but all our individual efforts make the church what it is - a growing, inclusive and joyful community, seeking to brighten up this corner of West Worcester and beyond!

If you would like to get involved, please let us know!!
